With 30 years of senior financial leadership experience in the public sector as a CPA and holder of a master's in Business Management,

I bring a rare combination of deep financial acumen and organizational development expertise to my consulting practice.

For the past four years, I've dedicated myself to supporting leaders navigate change, overcome challenges, build cohesive teams, and create workplaces where people truly flourish.

As a certified co-active coach and experienced group facilitator, I believe meaningful transformation happens at the intersection of strategic insight and human connection.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed too many people looking forward to the weekend, the next vacation, retirement, etc., all the while accepting the wrongful fact that a workplace is nothing more than a place to work.

Work and fun, work and play, don’t belong together. This path leads to burnout, stress, and low productivity. There is a better way. always.

What sets my approach apart is the intentional integration of a lighthearted, playful, and humorous approach into the serious business of organizational development.
